[Balancing] Bots


Balancing were made for less dense areas.
Here is the list of the modifications:

1. Counter-attack delay has been reduced (1H to 3 days, it used to be 1H to several months)
   
2. Chance of counter attack increased (bots attacked every 12 to 24H with a 50% chance to give up definitively takin the area back, it's now 25%)
   

Attacks strenghs is unchanged

The goal of these modifications is to increase the bot's tenacity, to give a real long-term challenge.
