I have organized a gang, all was well, but I accidentally moved to another band. Come back, but again become a chef can't, because fake chief ignores the message.

Right so if I'm correct. You accidentally (somehow) went to another gang and another member became your old gangs chief.

Now you want to get it back as your own status but the current chief isn't answering?

The way I see it. That's your own fault by accident or not. You will have to get him (or her) to return your status. Noone can just give out you back.
