Multis?

What's the rules, and what do you do if you either ARE one or KNOW OF one (or would it be two?)?

Reason I ask, is that my war is about to go south due to a "new" player in one of my areas (the new guy has the same spelling as the first, albeit a "k" rather than a "c" in the name. I however, plan to get a new phone soon, and wouldn't mind going out after territories with my son once in awhile, and would not like to be called out AS a multi if we happen to be around the same area.

The rule is : One phone=One account. All is said.

So 1 phone & 2 Tablets = 3 accounts? I guess in this day and age, it's completely possible.

A gang I know of players are members for all on 30mins and then leave. Never to play again. Again and again climbed leader board in record time. Its not hard to bypass 1 device 1 account and do this repeatedly. All games going to have cheats not much can be done about that

Simple don't link it devices how you do now (wont mention so peolle dont get ideas) link it to google accounts for android. I suspect its harder to bypass on iphone
