cheating

So i found a way to cheat - please fix it.

1. If there are many new accs in a short time from the same device it should be banned.

2. Some gangs (germany -> Gruppe 6) use the HQ transfer for "cheating" they leave their gang to build 5 days later a new HQ and then they enter again the gang to transfer the HQ. Using this way they get a lot of HQs in a short time...

30 players = 30 HQs per week...

Maybe it helps if a gang change is allowed all 3 month or something like this...

The first one is a Cheat but the second one is absolutely legal, i have the same in my area : QG land ... I let the guys put the maximum qg and when my crew and i will take the road to kick some ass They will cry , 100k points wihich will desapear in few minutes.

Yes its legal but i think its against the meaning of this game and this should be corrected...

By the past the gang have only one qg ... It was the time when you hide it ^^
