Not Available in my Country?

Is China now blocked? My account is fine so far but my son's on my old device can't update as of this evening. Google Play just says not available in your country.

Tried updating through VPN and a US ip address but no luck.

Apparently it either fixed itself, or the problem lied in the Wuxi, China region. Whatever it was, it's able to update now. Glad to know CD isn't region-locked now.
