Why the developers don't answer the emails anymore?

How we can help to improve the game, if we don't have a good communication.

This is not a good way to do things.
I send you some emails the last tree weeks and I'm waiting.

Big problem this. Leet answer my emails in the first week. But the last week. Nothing. We need to do more about this.
