Take action to prevent boredom!

Hi there i would like to see some changes in the game for when there is nothing more to do around your house/work because you own all and everything is at max defence! Like for instance build a depot that will allow lets say 500 men at a sector when the values is like $500 or the option to give cash or men to a gangmember or something! Are there any plans in this direction?

Oh and i would like to know what the future will Bing for the ganglevel! What will be the use or meaning of them!
