Bug or Jumper Alert

Hi all:

I notice that some user have a serious "bug problem" on the v 1.59,

This happens on June 21, 2015 from 13:00 to 14:00 hours (GMT-5)

We notice that one user Jump a lot on the map... We think first that he travel a lot, but today we capture some Screen Shots that indicates that the travel around 900 miles in less that 30 minutes. So I like to report the "Bug".

On this image we can see the user on Monterrey, Nuevo León, México

On this image, we can see him on Cancún, Quintana Roo, México

He just travel 1,462 Km on 18 minutes... the worst part is he is a frequent travel...

So my questions for my fellow players is: Bug or Jumper?
