My acount dosnt exist

When i wanted to logg in to the forums it wuldnt acept my acount user name and pasword,i made a new one conected to the same email with the same username (i downloaded trugh google play).
And since im here already i had a cuple of more bugs:
I cant add some players as friends or invite them to my clan.
Almost everything is writen in french and i dont know how to change it.
And when im traveling sometimes it shows im at some random location which im not.
