OVER THE LAST MONTH I HAVE WATCHED MY HQ AND OTHER PROPERTY DROP IN PRICE LIKE CRAZY
MY HQ VALUE WAS AT 333 AND IT HAS DROP IN PRICE BY 2/3'S TO ONLY 167

Every day the value of each grid drops by 7.5%. To increase the value you must do missions. As far as I'm aware the business missions increase the value of the grid but not sure by how much or if the other mission types increase it.
