Unable to log in suddenly?

Game updated for me and prompted me to login. However, it says my user does not exist.

I realize that I did that. I never read the rules when I first started playing. After hearing from other people that it wasn't allowed, I quit doing that.

I have not done so since that first run, and I so wish to keep playing. Is there any way to request the ban to be lifted?
