ranking and gang badge

I'm pretty new to this game but I love it! I had 2 idea to improve the game.

I think it would be cool to add a daily,weekly,monthly gang ranking.

And maybe some gang badges who could give benefit to the gang. Objective who get done by all the gang. Some could be like the rally but with an enormous amount of rally or to destroy HQ etc. But the benefit could be for the gang.
