What happens if ALL members of a gang are inactive? Empty What happens if ALL members of a gang are inactive?

The gang I was formerly at war with has pretty much all inactive members now. (I guess we won the war!)

What will happen to that territory? The last active player has been 2 week-gone for around 2 weeks. Will they eventually cease to exist? Or will it just stay there?
