Wrong Leaderboard

Hi,

So, I recently started playing this game along with my girlfriend, and everything was going just fine. But there's one thing.

We're both playing in Portugal. When I go to the gangs' leaderboard, I see Portuguese gangs. But she.. Well, she sees a Spanish leaderboard... And also, her national chat, is from Spain, but our games are in Portuguese.

How can she fix this?

Also, another quick question. She can't have a HQ, since I'm the leader of the gang. But if I make us both leaders of gang, can we both have our own HQs?
