Tutorial to destroy HQ

Every day we lose HQ with new accounts with tutorial.
They are not new players, they are reset and mobile accounts created solely to destroy HQ.
By allowing this and change it? we have reported for more than a year ago but no response.
My band had more of a 1,200,000 points and is already 789,000. Lost over 50 HQ using the tutorial, I have screenshots and this tested.
