password error

It tells me to back up my account just in case something happens to my device.
But when I impute my password it tells me internal error has occurred.
I've got quite a bit going and don't want to start over.

I was told what to do by another player.

Go to the change password screen and impute anything in the old password window... like hfdjahu

Then just put your new password in and verify it in the 2nd window.

You will see a flash of green words, not sure what it says, but as long as you see green your good to go.

Now you wont loose progress should you need to get a new phone.
