Just a couple ideas

So I was thinking that maybe you could upgrade areas and the missions give rewards dependant on how upgraded the area is. Also to have leagues to classify gangs with similar levelled gangs. Also and idea to upgarde henchmen to have higher attack and maybe even have other attack soldiers apart from henchmen, snipers, tanks etc. More gang symbols would be cool and a way to group message would be cool too. Just like to say that this game is wonderful and I hope you take my ideas into consideration.

All your ideas bar 1 have already been asked and discussed.

However ignoring all of themy there is one I don't recall ever being asked and that's putting gangs in leagues. That could make for something good when global leader boards come out.
