land value decreasing

I heard that land value daily decrease are back, is this true?

It use to happen daily. Back in the day. I don't believe its back though

I hope you don't... A good idea would be that when an area is taken it might drop up to 50%.. As if a mob was to take over a business... Business might drop. This should be only possible like once a day to stop people from it being swapped back and forth till its gone. Just a suggestion.
