The War System and US population.

There are about 62,787,000 people in France, so maybe about 2,325,440 people lives in every region of France. And since the game was developed over there the fan base and number of users are heavily developed. Over there a Geo Location based war system definitely would work because you are within range of a lot. The US is about 5 times bigger than France and the user base over here is very minuscule and under developed compared to France and there isn't really a guarantee that it's going to get any bigger anytime soon. So in the mathematical aspect of having a Geo-location based war system it really wouldn't be fair to do so.

Our problem is the United States is too big with a Under developed user base of this game therefor having a Geo Location based war system might not be the best fit, so I would like for there to be discussion and decision making on how we could make a Geo Location based War system work in the US or other large populated Countries or show ways we can incorporate a hybrid somehow including Geo Location into the game so that it can become fair for everybody using the War System.

This is a very serious issue and we are open to suggestions on this matter.

I would emphasize that not only the war system is concerned : the whole gameplay is : How do you play when people are far apart ?
