deputy HQ

since the new multiple HQ's have came out i have invited a few players into my gang, one of which "Donbot_" who used to be in his own 1 man gang and had his own HQ, his HQ changed to ours like it should have and all was fine, but then today he was allowed to place another HQ down, he is only a deputy and far as im aware deputies shouldn't be able to place HQ's, i know 2 other deputies that cant.

Basically has the option for deputies being able to make HQ's changed or is this a bug?

If this is a bug then odd.

If its not then does him putting down a hq reset my 5 day timer for placing another, or do we have separate timers.

If he tries, he will see that he is not able to put an HQ (an error message will appear).

This bug is due to the fact that he did not refresh his infos. Ask him to restart the application.
