Chief and Deputy Chat

Would It be possible to have a gang only chat for the chief and deputies.
Sometimes there are things that need to be discussed between the higher ups.
Right now I have to send a pm to each individual deputy. I don't have many but some gangs do.
I'm sure gangs with more deputies can understand.
Or maybe a way to send a private msg to multiple people. The same way you can do with a text msg.

I recommand that you change chatroom by typing "\xx" in the global tchat. (any 2 characters can do for xx "\yu" for example). It's not private, but since no one will find "\}=", it should do the job

Or just have the gang chat with a drop down box allowing you to tick select players who can read the next message you type.
