Range of action booster and increased range of action pack

I noticed that the range of action booster is only 50 ingots for 7 hours and the range of action gives you only .6 increased range of action. How come you get more range with the booster than with the pack since the booster is only 50 ingots and the pack is 800 ingots I was thinking that you should get more with the pack that with the booster. Can someone please shine light on that for me?

I think the reason is because one is permanent and one is temporary.
I also notice you put 7 hours but for me its only 2 hours


And Nicorr it shows +1000 to range. If that's correct my range would go from 3.3 to 1003.3?
Or is this a mistake?

Well after you buy it, mine does say 7 hours i was thinking that 800 ingots would be enough to buy a permanent range of action of 1000 or atleast .8
(I cant show screenshots cause i am on my phone but gimme a few sec)

I believe 1000 is the equivalent of 1.0 But it would be nice to clarify.
