Chiefs and deputies should be able to remove gang messages from other people. See something you don't like, or saving someone's as while there having a bad day and post something the shouldn't have. This could fix that.
Also while we're on the subject, everyone should be able to remove their own chat post too if you decide to change it or realise what you put was wrong.
