Accessing Old Account

I just got a new phone and i cant work out how to log in to my old account i have saved the account when i was on the old phone but i dont know how to log on with the new phone ?

im on an iphone and it goes straight to create new user and when you press back it goes to the loading screen and it doesnt load.

If you backed it up from your last phone and put it on your new it should work... Or if you put in the email at the start. Can also message Nicorr and he'll help you fix it.

Yesterday I've made a phone reset (same phone, cleared caches and settings). When trying to launch CD it requested login/password but no luck. Tried to "Change your password", but CD said "This player does not exist".

Dear CD team, any chance of having more human-readable/usable error messages? Why am I receiving "player does not exist" half an hour after playing? And still cannot login, waiting for reply from you.

my last phone committed suicide so i didnt have it backed up. There is no option to put in the email address its either on create new user or a never ending load screen

problem solved turns out i needed the last update to the iphone in order to get the option
