My account banned

Hi, a few hours ago I find my account banned without reason.
I never used tricks nor behavior was against the rules of the game, I always helped developers to identify bugs, sending them even video.
I always tried to be of help being one of the older players in Italy and I have paid off banning me.
What can you do? I have already written to contact@citydomination.com!

I want to make serious system ban.
There are so many ways to play with fairness, trying to grow their own gang.
In Italy, unfortunately, has created a climate of hatred against me just because, and of this I am certain, play more time and probably know the game more than the others.
I am sorry that some of your beta testers, according to many mediocre players present in my country I continuously marker, but the thing that I regret that decision-makers to ban a player fails to ask for an explanation of what happened before.
As I said before, there are many ways to score points for his gang and I personally know quite a few, and if I am asked by the developer in 1000 could give different explanations on the same subject, but I always had a proactive attitude for the game to improve.
They are now banned again perhaps because (and this I have to tell you to me) I accidentally found a bug in the game.
My private email to have read, and I assure you that I could give a different explanation of what I have challenged, a logical explanation without tricks and without deceit, but why should I have done this? Better to tell the truth and to help improve the game where possible.
Sorry for the outburst, but those responsible should change the way they handle certain situations.
Some time ago I sent a message to a player who was obviously using a fake gps (the real evil of this game) on my territories, with photos and photos of the gang which found that none of the players was close to me and with a lot of private message to this player who boasted of the fact that I was taking the territories despite being 200km from me. Well in this player he was not done anything!
