password recovery not working Empty password recovery not working

Password recovery says my player name does not exist. Is there any other way to get my password back?

Edit: strange thing is that when I wanna play I need to logon and username and password do not match, player does not exist while trying to recover password. But I still get the private messages ppl sent to me as a notification...

also I am no longer in my gang.
