Map turns to black

Hi everybody,

First to all, please excuse my poor English....

I have a "big" problem with the game from two days to now.
When I click in the map button of the main menu, the screen goes black, and only when I try to slide the "map", it shows.
But when the maps show in the screen, I can't see the territory cells, no band, or raid, or any view... Also the map responds very slowly, and can't work fluidly with it.

I tried to reinstall the game, delete all data related with the game, but the error continues.

I try to send email to the game developers, but I have no reply...
