Gang with no chief

Hello I need help resolving an issue, I was in a Gang called Destroyer and I invited Oberaufseherin to merge gangs. I joined with Blood Moon Killaz, but extended the invite to her, but she had chosen my old Gang on accident. Now she is stuck in my old Gang with No Chief Or Deputy. she cannot invite people or accept my invite because there is no chief or deputy in the gang. only Obersaufseherin. Please city Dom fix this by simply giving her chief status so she can merge finally.

Hi I'm sorry I have no idea how to post pics like that. I sent a screen shot to one of your US ambassadors, hopefully they will send you the screen shot I took because she is not chief. On my phone it still says she is neither deputy or chief. She also can't send invites because she is not a deputy or a chief. Help
