World chat not working. Empty World chat not working.

Myself and many other players are having a issue with world chat is blank and does not display messages from others or yourself.

Yes please help. I know of many others experiencing the same problem. Constantly get error message. It was working perfectly until 3 days ago. Unacceptable!
